How to Change when Activity Goals Reset Daily (I work during the night)

I work during the night at my job and wanted to know if there was a way to change when it resets the ring goals. I would want it to reset at 12:00 Noon instead of 00:00 midnight.

I use iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.3
